Introduction
Niche Advice is an Independent Mortgage Brokers firm based in London Victoria. The company was founded in 2008 by co-owners Payam Azadi and Richard Stokes who have each had over ten years experience within the financial and property sector in a number of senior roles including directorship at the largest mortgage and insurance network in the UK.
Niche Advice offers whole of the market retail and mortgage advice. The company also offers: life assurance; general insurance; secured loans; bridging finance; wills; trusts; and specialist ‘high net worth’ finance solutions.
We work with and Partners and customers who want a personal service. There are no remote call centres or hard-sells. To ensure excellence Niche Advice are authorised by Financial Conduct Authority and are Members of The Society of Will Writers.
Furthermore, its founders have well established contacts with all of the major UK mortgage and insurance providers. Niche Advice also has key strategic alliances with an array of specialist providers that are not available to the general public. This allows access to a wider range of products.
