Where this product is different is there is no extortionate lender fee attached to produce a good rental calculation. 

As well as no lender arrangement fee the product also includes a free basic mortgage valuation and £250 cashback.

Qualification rules:

  • Professional Landlords i.e. have 4 or more mortgaged buy-to-lets.
  • First time landlords buying under a limited company with UK directors.
  • Remortgages.
  • Property to be let to a single family.
  • Minimum earned income £25,000pa.
  • Loan sizes:
    75%LTV to £750k.
    70%LTV to £1m.
    65%LTV to £2m.
  • Minimum loan £30k.
  • Maximum mortgaged portfolio size £5m.
  • Properties must have a minimum Energy Performance Certificate Rating of E, unless there is an applicable exemption.
  • You or immediate family CANNOT have lived in the property i.e. Consumer Buy-to-let.
  • England, Wales and Scotland.
